Natural wood decking

Our natural wood decking is almost always made of tropical hardwoods. Why? They are harder and much more resistant to humidity.
The most popular species are Bamboo, Cumaru, Elondo, Ipe, Iroko, Sucupira and Teak. They look beautiful and deliver great results, but remember they need maintenance since they are exposed to the elements.
At least once a year a small maintenance routine is required: clean the decking with pressurised water, sand the top layer and apply one or two coats of oil with UV protection.
